Enjoy the beauty of the Salmon area from the saddle on an easy walking trail. Follow it up, the next day, with a thrilling whitewater rafting ride, for you and your family, on the "River of No Return". No prior experience is necessary. Includes one day of whitewater rafting, one day of horseback riding, local transportation and 3 nights stay at the Greyhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast.

If you are looking for variety, this package is made for you! A combination 3-Day Whitewater Rafting Trip on the Salmon River combined with a 2-Day Horseback Ride into the Rocky Mountains with lodging before, between and after your adventures.

SAMPLE ITINERARY

Night 1: Stay at the Greyhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast
Day 1: Begin your 3-Day Whitewater Rafting Adventure on the Salmon River at 9.00 a.m. in Salmon. Stop for a really cool gold mine tour and a delicious lunch then get to camp at around 4 pm after a full day of rafting, laughing and swimming fun!
Night 2 & 3: Camp along the river and enjoy a delicious dutch oven baked dinner and breakfast.
Day 2 & 3: Fun on the river continues, with another riverside lunch, ...and ends after having white water rafted 45 miles of the famous "River of No Return". Arrive back in Salmon at around 5pm.

Night 4: Freshen up back at the B&B
Day 4: Begin your 2-Day Horseback Riding Adventure to a mountain lake near the Continental Divide in the morning. After lunch take time to hike, fish or just relax in the afternoon before dinner. (A full day of riding all day for two days in a row is not recommended unless you are accustomed to riding all day regularly)
Night 5: Stay in the secluded mountain cabin at the lake where you'll be treated to a hearty dinner & breakfast before you leave.
Day 5: Fishing or hiking after breakfast followed by lunch then horseride back to the ranch in the afternoon.
