Other taxes may apply for combination trips. Large group discounts available. We do not cancel trips due to rain; we provide rain gear and wet suits are available at a rate of 10.00 per person. For all advanced reservations we require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. For day trips the balance is due in full 14 days prior to the trip; we offer a 100% refund of the balance on trips canceled with at least 30 days notice. For multi-day trips the balance is due 30 days prior to the trip, with a 50% refund of the balance on canceled trips with at least 30 days notice. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any expenses you may incur as a result of last minute cancellation.

Lodging Cancellation Policy
- A credit card is required upon making reservations.
- Cancellations, more than 10 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.
- Check in time 4pm to 8pm. Please call in advance for special arrangements. Check out 11am.
- All rates are for double occupancy. $15.00 charge for each additional child, $20.00 for each additional adult in rooms.
- We allow pets in the Carriage House. We charge $25.00 per pet.
- The Greyhouse is a smoke free establishment.
- Rates subject to change.
